Does Cheelcare accept humm?
Yes, we accept humm for online purchases up to $5,000. Select humm as your preferred payment method during the checkout process and you’ll be redirected to log into your humm account or sign-up to humm to complete your purchase.
Make sure you download the humm app to manage your loan. The humm app allows you to track your payments, see a calendar view of your payments, update or add your funding souce for autopay, reschedule payment dates and view your available approved amount to spend or request a new amount.
What is humm?
Humm provides purchase financing with flexible payment plans. Humm has an easy application process - get a credit decision in less than 7 minutes from start of application and pay for it in monthly instalments.
Which Cheelcare products are eligible for humm?
Currently, humm is available as a payment method for Companion One, Companion Q, and WHILL F.
How do I pay using humm?
- Add items to your cart
- Select humm as your payment method at checkout
- You’ll be redirected to humm to login or sign-up and apply
- Follow the prompts on the humm website to complete your purchase
- Once your transaction is complete, you’ll be redirected back to our website
- Download the humm app to manage payment methods, view your repayment schedule and check your available credit limit

- Mobile number
- Email address
- Credit Card or Visa/Mastercard Debit
- Online banking credentials
Humm is currently not available to customers or merchants based in Quebec.
How does the payment schedule work?
For online purchases between $3,000 and $5,000, Cheelcare customers can pick from the available repayment terms of 12, 18 or 24 months. Repayments are automatically debited from the default payment method you added when you created your humm account.
What if I need to return all or part of my purchase that I made with humm?
For a full or partial refund, Cheelcare will process this transaction, and the instalments and fees that have been paid by you will be returned to the original payment method. It can take 3-10 business day to see the refund on your original payment method. Please visit https://cheelcare.ca/policies/refund-policy for our refund policy.
Is there a cost to use humm?
Cheelcare has partnered with humm to offer 0% interest financing on online orders between $3,000 and $5,000 with repayment terms of 12, 18, or 24 months. Humm charges a monthly fee of $6.50 per month. You will be able to see all fees and interest rates available as you checkout before you complete your payment using humm.
